In their 4th collaboration, Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio team up for this adaptation of the novel by Dennis LeHane (Mystic River). DiCaprio plays U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels who travels to Shutter Island to investigate the disappearance of a patient from Boston's Shutter Island Ashecliffe Hospital in the Summer of 1954. The film also stars Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Patricia Clarkson, and Jackie Earle Haley.
